While at the Design Center, I designed multiple gallery announcements and posters for university events.
Paul Solomon Exhibition
The Paul Solomon exhibition was a series of panorama photographs. On the front of the gallery announcement, I focused on the detail and movement in the cityscape panorama. By keeping the background in grayscale it creates subtle movement that draws your eye up and highlights the full color cityscape panorama.

Mike Glier Exhibition
The Mike Glier exhibition consisted of many paintings. I designed the exhibition announcement so that when it is folded the pattern completes the reverse pattern on the left. I chose the plum purple because it contrasts nicely with all of his paintings, making them the main focus. The muted gold color is a consistent tone in his paintings and I wanted to reflect that as well.
Climate Changes Poster
The Climate Change poster was designed for a client’s jazz performance. The geometric shapes are pulled from the structure the client built for the performance. The water bottle texture was incorporated because the theme of the performance focused on recycling and sustainability.
